Dear Friends, Wii Can do this Together! You’ve supported NAU when we asked you to vote for an override that provided restorations in both school and municipal departments. You’ve understood that positive results grow out of a united approach. Now we’re asking you to join us, in that same spirit of community collaboration and mutual support, and make a tax-deductible donation (click on button to the right) to significantly improve North Andover’s ability to provide critical services to our seniors. The North Andover Senior Center shares similar challenges with our schools: their population is growing, and at a time when the outreach, nursing, and quality and quantity of services they provide must expand to serve that population, state and local funding options are dwindling.

PayPal is used to securely process credit card transactions. All information required by PayPal for the transaction is not shared with either Friends of the Senior Center or North Andover United. The renovation of the Senior Center will expand reception and waiting areas, expand the health services area to provide critically needed medical attention, and consolidate existing space to facilitate first floor access for staff and activity uses. To complete these renovations, the non-profit Friends of the Senior Center, Inc. must raise at least $80,000.

NAU has also secured the corporate donation of two Wii Nintendo Systems. The Friends hosted a drawing for one system as part of their fundraising campaign, and seniors will enjoy the use of the second system at the Senior Center when the renovations are complete.

NAU’s mission is to ensure the availability of high caliber municipal and school services, in order to preserve an enriched quality of life for our community. Supporting the Friends’ Capital Campaign fits right in with our vision of a United community that supports the quality of life for all our citizens!
